Poem: Endless Tears

ENDLESS TEARS - By Christopher Emmanuel

I hear
The silent cry
Of the rainbow children.
They are buried alive
In fragile closets.

I hear
The silent cry
Of my trans cousins.
They are trapped inside
Their beautiful being

Their tears,
Endless Rivers
Behind their masks
Washing away
Their pride.

If you hear
My silent noise,
Beckon thy friendly allies.
Together, we can stop
The endless tears.
Bold alliances
Solidarity.

- End -
